I hear beeping and I have purchased the product in FxFactory

This usually means that you need to update your FxFactory app.

Please do so via logging into your FxFactory account in Final Cut Pro X.

For the best possible support, you can contact FxFactory via the FxFactory Application. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Most importantly, contacting them through the FxFactory App will allow you to add your system profile to the support request. Your system profile can be extremely helpful to identify problems:

*1) Launch the FxFactory application*

*2) Choose the “Contact Tech Support…” command under the Help menu:*

*3) Make sure that a valid email address is entered in the “From:” text box.*

*4) Leave the “Attach my system profile to help identify any problem.” option enabled and click the “Send” button.*
